Andres Galan works in psychological art — a body of fine art photography in which the photograph turns inward. Through intervened, manipulated photography composed in Photoshop, landscapes and atmospheres become metaphors of inner states: a mirror where the hidden takes form. A contemporary visual artist from Colombia, his conceptual, symbolic images ask the viewer to pause and recognize something of their own.
